Cancellations Policy

If a booked delegate needs to cancel or amend their booking, the following policy will apply:

  • Delegate name changes will be accepted at any point up to the start of the conference, free of charge
  • Cancellation requests received 14 days or more in advance of the conference, will result in a full refund issued free of charge using the payment method provided at time of booking
  • Cancellation requests received 7-13 days in advance of the conference, will result in a 50% refund issued using the payment method provided at time of booking
  • Cancellation requests received less than 7 days in advance of the conference will result in no refund issued
